MAEMT Leadership Summit Pre-Conference

Join MAEMT for a pre-Expo Leadership Summit on May 1. The summit is for new and established leaders from all EMS agencies. Attendees will earn 8 credits for attending the full summit.

There is a room block available for EMS EXPO attendees from May 1-4, 2024. The room block is available under the name MI EMS EXPO. Room rates are $134/night for two Queens or $144/night for a King.

Attendees will need to call the hotel in order to secure their reservation as part of the room block. The Reservations Department may be reached at 616-235-7611. Each attendee must contact the hotel by April 16, 2024. When you call to make your reservation, please have the following information readily available: your name, type of room, check-in and checkout dates, credit card number and any special requests.

Reservation requests received after April 16, 2024 will be accepted on a space available basis, at the hotel’s prevailing rate available at that time.
